Physical fitness is need everyone men or women a fitness is lead healthy life .workout is important how you workout you gain fitness ,so the physical fitness important they are magic in your body .A any person workout a time a early mornings is very good and i will recommanded .because early morning time was pure oxygens at atmosphere so that time to workout is very good . The afternoon has obviously workout that better ,because why do workout afternoon in many peoples? because a many peoples going job so not times required for workout early so this peoples are choose afternoon .
types of push ups:
1.Normal push up 2.Diamond push up
These two types of pushes is important is a physical fitness use . because a push up is made workout for tight your arms and chest trice ups . normal push is also normal but is common workout for physical fitness .But diamond push ups is very powerful and shortly and quickly get fitness so a normal push ups is daily early mornings workout.

diamond push ups is take daily 25-40
A pull ups is a one of the special workout . because this workout are wall or tree and park ladder a wall on pull ups to take a wings are wider it means chest has wided . this workout is helpful why?, because any or you will stand on top on building so suddenly you will slipped and you catch wall on edge you normal not fitness , you will slipped and dead. but you will get physical fitness or this exercise you workout for you ,not slipped and not dead you will top on building again for pull ups ,so this workout special.
A swimming is world best exercise because is exercise is for any time you will swimming a life time increase, digest for foods ,healthy life for no problems and you will swimming today for tired and sleeping early night and the important is no breathing related problems . The your future has no body problems so this is best physical fitness.
